Story Writing Competition for IPG students
All students (not just TESL) at IPGKDRI are being offered an incentive through a competition to write a story about childhood in Malaysia. Stories must be written in English, but will be judged on the story rather than the quality of the written English (as long as it can be understood).
Suggested themes are:
As well as rewarding the best stories, it is hoped that the stories can be edited and then made available this website, and also compiled into a book to be (hopefully) sent to a publisher when the opportunity arises.

- "A favourite object from my childhood"
- "The happiest day I can remember"
- "A sad moment in my childhood"
- "The day everything changed"
